Bay Media Ltd is looking for a talented Social Media & Digital Content Manager to join our team based in Discovery Bay, Hong Kong.
The position is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to excel in a busy publishing house, ideally with an editorial background.
Main areas of responsibilities include:
- Uploading content onto the two websites www.Arounddb.com and www.LifeonLantau.com
- Knowledge of WordPress for uploading website banners would also be ideal
- Managing the site including the online business directory
- Adding live content on a daily basis to our social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Sending monthly newsletters to our mailing list
- Helping our clients with their online sponsored content on the website, social media and emails (EDMs)
- Assisting the editorial team with content in print and online including news stories, interviews, editing
- Managing monthly competitions/giveaways
- Ideally a self-starter
- Excellent command in English written and spoken
- Passion for social media and publishing
- Familiar with Adobe Design Software
- Good understanding of IT and problem solving / troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Mailchimp, Canva, WordPress and Google Analytics
